Hello,

 

I am a California native. Growing up in Sonoma County I fell in love with the outdoors. I frequently visit County and State Parks to hike, run and take in the iconic landscapes. The stillness of nature is a reminder to return my attention to my breath. Within the silence of my inner body, I see beauty with eyes unclouded.

Nature is therapy. It teaches me to slow down, relax and see the cycles of change. 

Listing my accomplishments and hobbies feels inauthentic. So, who am I? I am uncovering and rediscovering myself everyday. I intend to work alongside others in discovering one's true nature - one's true calling.
