I can help guide you in controlling your anxiety, depression, and mental suffering with evidence-based practices. I wear two hats: therapist and coach. I offer traditional talk therapy by providing a compassionate space for you to explore suffering. I provide psychological skills training (practical tools) that you can use outside of our sessions.
